Pre-Orientation Checklist- Complete by June 1

New Student Orientation will be held in June and July 2024 for freshmen starting TU in the Fall 2024 semester. All remaining availability for students to attend is in July- all June dates are at capacity. Don't forget to register your family member or guest for Family Orientation.

If you have questions, please email New Student and Family Programs at 

with a photo that meets OneCard requirements so that it will be available for pickup when you attend Orientation. Not submitting your OneCard application on time may result in a delay in receiving your card.

Post-Orientation Checklist- Complete by August 15

The deadline for completing immunization and TB screening requirements is August 15
