2. In the top right corner, click "Log In" and enter your 快活视频NetID and password. This is the same information you use to access BlackBoard, PeopleSoft, 快活视频Email Account.
3. Once signed in, click the "Fusion Play" icon in the middle of the page.
4. Click on the 鈥�Fusion Play Passes鈥� icon.
5. Once the membership options load, click the option you would like to purchase.
6. Once on the 鈥淢embership Summary鈥� page, select your 鈥�Duration.鈥� This should match the pass option you are purchasing.
7. Verify that all other information is correct.
8. Then Click 鈥�Add to Cart.鈥�
9. Next, the Intramural Sports Waiver will appear. Read the waiver and enter your digital signature in the box at the bottom. Click 鈥�Sign Now,鈥� if you agree to the terms and conditions described in the Agreement, Waiver, Hold Harmless & Covenant not to Sue. Acceptance of the waiver is required for participation.
10. Answer the questions on the custom prompts page.
11. You will then be taken to your shopping cart. Verify that all the information is correct and click 鈥�Checkout.鈥� A pop up window will appear. Then hit "Checkout" again to go to an external site to complete the payment transaction.
12. Enter all of the required payment information to complete purchase of your Intramural Sports Pass.
13. Your registration is not complete until you download and sign up on the . Please follow the steps below to complete registration on the .

NOTE: 

• Each individual must purchase an Intramural Sports Pass in order to be eligible to participate in Intramural Sports.
• You may also purchase an Intramural Sports Pass in person at the Campus Recreation Membership Office in Burdick Hall using a Credit Card or One Card Doc Dollars.

1. You can proceed to the Fusion Play  login by clicking the "IM Sports & Sport Clubs" icon on the . Then click on the 鈥�Fusion Play鈥� icon that corresponds to your device.
2. Sign in using your 快活视频NetID and password.
3. Enable push notification to receive announcements, updates and team requests.
4. On the main page, scroll down until you find the sport and league that you would like ot register your team for.
5. Follow steps in the league description to purchase your play pass.
6. On the division page, look for the blue "+" button to create a team.
7. You will then be prompted to create a team name and description.
8. Registration has been completed and now you can share the team invite with your friends!
9. You will then be prompted to complete the Captain鈥檚 Quiz. You must pass this quiz in order to complete your team registration.
10. Once you complete the quiz, click 鈥�Continue.鈥�
11. You will be directed to a page where you enter team name, 快活视频ID#, and a few other options.
12. Complete the questions on the page and select "Create Team."

NOTE:

• You will not be able to create your team if you have not purchased an Intramural Sports Pass.
• Division placement is first come, first serve. You must complete all steps of registration in order to secure your spot.

1. Go to your team page within the Fusion Play app.
2. Click "My teams" at the bottom of the main page within the Fusion Play App.
3. Captain can invite members by clicking, "My teams", select your team and click on "Roster". 
4. At the bottom of the roster page, look for a blue button that reads, "Share Team Invite".

NOTE:

• Individuals will not be able to join your team if they have not purchased an Intramural Sports Pass.

1. You must be listed on a team roster prior to participating in any Intramural Sports game. In order to join a team, .
2. Once you have created an Fusion Play account, you can join a team in the following three ways: (1) Accepting a request from the captain to join the team, (2) finding the team and captain name on the division page and requesting to join, or (3) searching for the captain鈥檚 player card page, viewing the teams, and requesting to join.
3. You will then be prompted to complete the IM Sports waiver.. This must be completed to complete your registration.

NOTE:

• In order to join a team you must have purchased an Intramural Sports Pass.

• Team schedules, game results, brackets, and sportsmanship ratings will be posted and maintained on the Fusion Play App. You can view this information at any time by logging into your Fusion Play account.

1. In order to register as a free agent you must download the Fusion Play app and log in with your 快活视频email address.
2. Once you are logged in, click the sport you want to participate in and click the league and then choose the division (ex. Open Rec, Open Comp...)
3. After selecting the sport and league, you will be directed to the division's page. On this page, you will need to select the division you would like to participate in (ex. O Rec 1 Mon 7p). The name of the division corresponds with the day and time your team will play during the regular season.
4. Click the plus button in the bottom right corner and click 鈥淏ecome a free agent.
5. If you want to be a free agent in more than one division, click on the other divisions you want to become a free agent for.
6. It will prompt you to an IM Play Pass Waiver, please read through and sign it.

NOTE: 

• In order to register as a free agent you must have purchased an Intramural Sports Pass.
• We cannot guarantee that free agents will be placed on a team, but the Intramural Sports staff will attempt to assist in the process.

1. If you have purchased an Intramural Sports Play Pass, you will complete registration via the Fusion Play App, as described above in the 鈥淛oining a Team as a Player鈥� section.
2. If you have NOT purchased an Intramural Sports Play Pass, you will complete registration via the Fusion Play App, as described above in the 鈥淛oining a Team as a Player鈥� section

NOTE:

• An Intramural Sports Pass is NOT required for participation in Free Events. Free Events include: learn, meet & play events, adaptive recreation, Labor Stay, Welcome to TU, MayDay, and other special events.

If you are under the age of 18, you need a parent/guardian to sign the waiver. In order to complete the registration process, you need to do the following:

1. Print and sign the waiver.
2. Have a parent/guardian sign the waiver.
3. Bring the completed waiver, with credit/debit card used for payment, to the Campus Recreation Membership Office in Burdick Hall.
