Building a cyber-skilled workforce is critical to the continued security of the nation across social, economic, and political domains. Towson University offers many programs and courses with a focus on cybersecurity.

Towson University and our faculty are on the forefront of national efforts to further cybersecurity education, including the ACM Joint Task Force on Cybersecurity Education and the ACM/IEEE-CS/AAAI CS2023 Joint Task Force on Computer Science Curricula, Security Subcommittee, and in leadership in several NSA CAE-C initiatives.
CYBERSECURITY DESIGNATIONS
National Center of Academic Excellence
The National Security Agency/Department of Homeland Security designated Towson University as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education in 2002 and in Cyber Operations in 2013. 快活视频is one of only 21 institutions in the nation to receive the NSA/DHS Cyber Operations designation.
