High School Dual Enrollment

The High School Dual Enrollment program is designed for high school students who want to take courses at 快活视频for college credit. Students must be at a junior standing or higher in order to participate in dual enrollment.

Students in the program enroll in regular college-level courses at Towson University during the summer, fall, or spring terms and attend class alongside other college students.  College credit is earned for any courses completed, and will be posted to a Towson University transcript. Students may take any 快活视频course, provided the prerequisites have been met and if there is available space in the class.

Please note that admission to the Dual Enrollment program does not guarantee later admission to 快活视频as a degree-seeking student.

Learn our admission requirements.

To participate in the High School Dual Enrollment program, students must have a cumulative average GPA of a B or higher. Submitting test scores is optional. Home-schooled students must submit the most recent evaluation from the supervising organization.

Know the deadlines.

Applications are accepted up to the beginning of the term or summer session. Consult Towson University鈥檚 academic calendar for details.

Submit your application, fee and supporting documentation.

Complete the and non-refundable $50 application fee. Note: If you will be participating in dual enrollment with a group of students from your high school, please choose 鈥渟pecial dual enrollment鈥 in the application. If not, choose 鈥渞egular dual enrollment.鈥

Request your official transcript and recommendation form.

Please have your school counselor or other school official submit your official high school transcript electronically through an electronic service (e.g., Naviance, Parchment, ACT, Scoir, Scribonline, etc.). If your school cannot send electronically, transcripts can be mailed to: University Admissions, 8000 York Road, Towson, Maryland 21252. 

Tuition and Fees

Students attending a Maryland public high school will only be responsible for university mandatory fees, as tuition will be billed directly to the student鈥檚 county public school system. All other students must pay the standard tuition and mandatory fees.
