Michael Duffy Dyer
Michael “Duffy” Dyer is a coach, business executive and 30-plus years retired military Senior Officer with 40-plus years of extensive experience in organizational leadership, management and leading elite teams across the globe. He has an innate ability to foster consensus through collaboration and community partnering with more than 14 years of cross-cultural work experience. From the Pentagon to Far East Asia, and even Antarctica, Duffy Dyer has led organizations large and small in a myriad of capacities.
Following the military, he served as the McMurdo Area Director supporting the National Science Foundation responsible for leadership, management and oversight of all functions for Western Antarctic Science operations. More recently, he was CEO of Shackleton Group, Inc., a private corporation specializing in the delivery of a full range of business organizational development products and professional services.
Duffy’s strengths center on being a visionary leader, team and relationship-builder, and coach. Accordingly, he specializes in providing individual and team leadership development, education and coaching; evolutionary strategic planning and direction; and organizational assessment and design.
